「Under construction so parking caused a few inconveniences. Breakfast was good, staff were very friendly. Enjoyed my stay with my grandbabies. The whole size refrigerator was lovely!!!」

「No breakfast, there was no food. Coffee out. Staff only refilled everything when a customer came to front desk. 3rd floor hallway smelled like marijuana. We stayed two nights and asked cleaning staff to just replace towels and washcloths, they acknowledged what we wanted, but didn't action. We understand the low cost equates to less options, but the basic options, like breakfast and clean towels are expected.」

「Had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was great. They were able to upgrade my room to a higher floor with a perfect view of the Arch! Only one complaint, only 2 elevators were working on our side of the building and it took a long time to come downstairs from my room.」

「Room was specious and pretty clean but it just had historic/old feeling about it rooms are update but work was not so good breakfast was great staff was kind beds were pretty comfortable but there was connecting room, And you could hear it all its great for short stay but still think it was overpriced for the looks and location room had fridge microwaive iron hairdryer」
