“I really loved this hotel! I stayed at the Americinn in Tomah on the way to Ohio and there was mold in the bathroom so this was an excellent change! The bathroom was beautiful! All around great hotel!”

We could tell he had a very challenging customer on the phone and was staying calm and answered her questions in a pleasant and professional way. Our room was ok. I found the ADA features frustrating as a non ADA user. There was plenty of room for two hooks on the bathroom door, but all heights were lowered for ADA. Our towels touched the floor,……

“Room was very clean aside from the bathroom mirror, I had front desk give me a rag & cleaner so I could clean it myself because by the time I checked in at 3pm housekeeping was gone for the day. We had a over all great time. Little bummed the sauna was out of service & breakfast wasn't included but there is a restaurant with 20% off coupon from hotel to use. We chose to not ro use that & just brought our own breakfast, dinner & snacks!”

“Room was large. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on a rock. One of the worst king size beds I have slept in this year. The bed is extremely far from the A/C unit and the fans in the bathroom don’t work creating a very humid environment right by the bed. Got absolutely no sleep and then went to open the blinds in front of the bedroom window when the entire metal cylinder for the roll curtain came and fell onto my head giving me a bruise and headache for 2 days. Not even……

“Overall the property was clean however the room had an odor. Free breakfast was the standard with waffles available. Had to request staff to refill items that were out. Staff did so with kindness and respect.”
