"Unfortunately on arriving it became apparent straight away that somehow our booking had been missed. The hotel was not busy so they soon found us a room. Other than a couple of minor issues, phone in room not working, no milk for tea/coffee and having to request an iron, we had a wonderful stay. The staff are fantastic, so friendly and always on hand. Food and service was very good although disappointing that some restaurants were not open."

"This is the fourth time of visiting this hotel. I have never had any complaints. The staff are friendly, helpful and the hotel is spotless. The food is excellent with plenty of choice. The bar prices are all reasonable despite being in a hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Added bonus of its own entertainment lounge so no need to leave the hotel in the evening if you don’t want to. "
