「The Ann Stevens House was a short stay. We went to the Daytona 500 about 26 miles away. It was quaint with antiques placed in our 2nd story room. The mattress was rather hard, but not horrible. There was of plenty of parking and the room was very clean.
The host is very nice and accommodating.
My only negative comment is that the stairs, that looked rather new, were rough cut, unsanded and unfinished. My husband got a pretty large splinter from the banister. 」

「Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them.」

「Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms.
A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean.
Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. 」
