"The only negatives I have for this property are that the hot water went away very quickly, there was no stopper for the bathtub, and the automatic lights were hard to turn on in the morning out in the hallway. It’s walkable distance to cite de carcassonne, but it is on the far end of town, pretty far away from the train station. It took me about 45 minutes in the rain. "

"The persons at the reception were very nice and helpful . The apartment we had was on the ground overlooking nature (with trails).well equipped: stove, diswasher, microwave, refrigerator At this timeof the year not too many people, so it was quiet. The snack bar was not open (only summer ) but we had excellent recommendations for restaurants near by. I understood that it is a place for families and long stay in the summer: beautiful lake, swimming, trails …,"

"The property is typical french quirky and generally enjoyable - since the house is 17th century we can forgive the dim lights and basic electrics. The sewage issue (day 2) was sorted very quickly - this can happen anytime and communications with the manager were very quick. The excellent Comptoir restaurant next door (book ahead) is a real bonus and the boulangerie and convenience store were great too. Vu le nombre de personnes qui peuvent y séjourner il faudrait prévoir un plus grand frigo ou un de plus et aussi avoir un congélateur car là nous avions un freezer donc pas adapté pour l'été. "Beds were comfortable, place was clean. Had some trouble with the hot water to wash basin & sink but managed ! The apartment was a little gloomy but the weather was bad when we went which didn’t help. It’s a basement conversion so the approach to the entrance was not very attractive with very high walls. Great value for money though & excellent location for the town & medieval city."

"We enjoyed a wonderful week at this charming historic village home. Pierre’s wife met us at the house to leave the keys and show us around. Despite the language barrier we were able to understand some of what she told us. There did seem to be some miscommunication about towels for the kitchen and bath being provided but she was kind enough to supply those after we requested them. We had no other issues and found the location of the house to be perfect for exploring the surrounding countryside...

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung besitzt einen rustikalen Charme, ist aber komfortabel.
