“I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.”

“除了入口稍稍找了一下外，其他都很好，一出門就能逛街、買東西、吃飯...等等，離湖邊也很近能隨時去散散步放空。因為地理位置會有許多坡道，建議大行李寄存車站，或是搭計程車（離車站很近，價格請於當地詢問或參考其他人的經驗值），不然下坡到飯店還可以，上坡到車站那可是一段長長的天堂路啊...XD))))”

“We had a great stay at Hotel Firenze Lugano! The receptionist was so sweet and welcoming, which set a really nice tone for our visit. The location was perfect for us — we walked the Olive Trail to Gandria right from the hotel, and it was a beautiful and manageable distance. We also ate at the onsite restaurant and really enjoyed it — the food was lovely and the atmosphere was relaxed. While there’s no dedicated parking, we were able to find parking nearby without too much trouble. Overall, it……
