Es war eine herrliche Woche. Das Agriturismo ist insgesamt empfehlenswert, der Außenbereich sehr schön, jede Wohnung hat seinen eigenen, schattigen Bereich (Tisch mit Stühlen) zum Essen und Zeit verbringen. Der Pool war unser Highlight! Wir haben es sehr genossen. Insgesamt (Einrichtung im Haus, Sachen in Küche, …) alles eher einfach und teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen.Tolle Strände (der nächste 7min mit dem Auto), Pisa/ Lucca 1h mit dem Auto.Wir würden wiederkommen:)

Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in ruhiger Atmosphäre.Sehr liebe Gastgeber, bemüht, diskret. Unsere Wohnung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen , aber wir wollten es urban. Alles gut. Als Deutscher, der gern auch mal café americano trinkt, darf seinen Handfilter nicht vergessen. Die Italiener verstehen unter Kaffeemaschine einen Espressokocher. Wir hatten alles dabei und es war vollkommen in Ordnung. Der Pool ist super.das war das highlight für unsere Kinder. Das Gelände ist groß, alle Wohneinheiten haben ihren eigenen Bereich. Reichlich Platz zum Grillen und draußen essen. Man muss mit den Mittelmeer- Mücken klarkommen- dann wird es ein super Urlaub , wie unsere zwei Wochen. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.Danke

Hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich

Uns wurde vom Vermieter im Vorfeld ein größeres App angeboten, dass wir gerne angenommen haben. Daher bezieht sich unsere Beurteilung auf das App unten rechts.Leider war das "2. Schlafzimmer" mitten im Wohn-Ess-Raum, sodass es als Kinderzimmer unbrauchbar war. Die Betten (siehe Foto) waren Pritschen, wo man nachts Angst hatte sich umzudrehen.Die "Küche" war ein Gasherd, Kühlschrank und Spülbecken. Mehr nicht.Das behindertengerechte Bad war großzügig, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Putz bröckelt von den Wänden, der Duschsitzt rostet fröhlich vor sich hin.Der Aussenbereich ist sehr lieblos gehalten. Der Taubenkot wurde kein einziges Mal während der Woche entfernt. Die Plastikstühle auf unserer Terrasse mussten wir erstmal putzen. Der Wasserfall des Pools war wohl längere Zeit nicht in Betrieb und mit Spinnweben dekoriert. Die Sonnenschirme waren teilweise auch defekt. Die Liegen am Pool waren ohne Auflagen.Der Vermieter war sehr unpersönlich und nach den 5min Checkin hat er kein Wort mehr mit uns gesprochen.Das Haus ist sehr sehr hellhörig und ab 7.30 Uhr wurden wir jeden morgen von rückenden Stühlen und quietschenden Schränken aus dem 1.OG geweckt. So stellt man sich keinen Urlaub vor.Wir waren schon vielfach in der Gegend, aber hier kommen wir nicht mehr her. Das Areal hätte Potenzial, aber so lockt es niemanden an.

wunderschön und ruhig

ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in einer gepflegten und vor allem kühlen Ferienwohnung :-) wir genossen die Ruhe und den Pool sehr. Ein weitläufiges Grundstück, umrahmt von Pinien, Zypressen, Oleander...eben typisch toskanisch. Der Kontakt mit Marco verlief unkompliziert und freundlich - auch kleine Probleme wurden schnell gelöst ( z B hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, weil der Durchlauferhitzer gerade entkalkte ) - und das am Sonntag :-)

Das kleine Appartement war sehr dunkel und lieblos eingerichtet. Da es nur kleine Fenster hatte, war die Stimmung und Energie durch die dunklen Möbel sehr erdrückend

Schöner Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war etwas rustikal eingerichtet aber sehr sauber. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich, sprechen aber leider garkein deutsch und nur schlecht englisch, zur Verständigung hat es aber auf jeden Fall gereicht. Großes Highlight ist der Pool 👍🏻 Insgesamt war die Ferienwohnung für unsere Ansprüche super

Klein aber fein

Wir hatten zwar eine sehr kleine Ferienwohnung, aber dafür war sie sehr gemütlich. Der Garten ist sehr groß, es gibt Möglichkeiten zu Grillen und der Pool ist auch sehr schön. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen.

Erholsame Tage am Mittelmeer

Sehr freundliche , hilfsbereite Vermieter. Das Feriendomizil befindet sich auf einem großen Grundstück mit Pool. Alles sehr sauber, kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Ideal an warmen Sommertagen, das Meer ist nur wenige Kilometer entfernt und hat Sandstrand. Auch in den Sommerferien findet dort jeder einen Platz. Sonnenschirme nicht vergessen!
