Herrlich gelegenes Anwesen mit tollem Blick über Olivenhaine und Weinberge.Außenbereich weitläufig, sauber und gepflegt.Patrizia ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin und reagierte umgehend auf vorgetragene Probleme und Bitten.PKW nötig über Schotterpiste, Parkplatz nebenan.Pool schön angelegt und gepflegt, jedoch wenig Schatten -nachmittags fast keiner. Viele Liegen, Sonnenstühle etc.Restaurants & Superm. 15 Minuten in Castelfiorentino und Certaldo.WLAN die meiste Zeit stabil und schnell.Schöne Wohngebäude im toskanischen Stil. Oberflächlich zwar sauber, aber mit Mängeln im Detail. Dusche fiel auseinander. Gartenmöbel teils morsch, Schlafcouch sehr alt. Küchenausstattung minimal ausreichend. Kein Toaster, nur Mikrowelle mit mangelhafter Grillfunktion. Kein Ofen. Wasser an Spüle kalt und plätschernd. Wir empfanden den gesamten Innenbereich als leicht siffig und klebrig. Eine intensive Grundreinigung, einige neue Möbel und Küchenausstattung (Dunstabzugshaube) und Reparaturen im Bad sind nötig und würden den Gesamteindruck auf fast perfekte 5 Sterne heben, wiegen aber so doch zu schwer.Zwei weitere Punkte, die bedacht werden sollten:Wir waren die meiste Zeit allein. Aber es gibt mindestens 6-8 (?) Wohneinheiten, wodurch wohl spürbarer Bewohnerverkehr auftreten kann, wenn ausgebucht.Es gibt sehr viele Fliegen. Draußen Essen kann ekelig werden. Fallen sind überall ausgehängt, bringen wenig und verbreiten einen üblen Geruch. Fenster haben aber Fliegengitter.
Mehrere neuwertige, stabile Gartenstühle stehen zur Verfügung.

Amazing Chianti Site Olivo Shared Pool

Die Lage und die Umgebung waren einfach wunderbar. Die Besitzerin Patricia war eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau. Die Wohnung hätte allerdings besser ausgestattet sein können. Es gab lediglich ca. drei Gläser und eine kleine Pfanne. Töpfe etc. waren ausreichend vorhanden. Auch Klopapier sowie Lappen, Putzmittel oder ein Trockentuch waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht da. Das Trockentuch haben wir auf Nachfrage bekommen, vielleicht hätten wir den Rest auch noch bekommen können. Zudem war die Duschkabine ziemlich kaputt wie auch die Gartenstühle. Trotzdem war es wirklich ein paradiesischer Aufenthalt und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Woche!
