“Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.”

“Excellent experience! High recommended!”

“Great location but couch needs to be replaced. Stained and dirty”

“The BiBi was perfect for my needs. Its location is excellent, and the room had all the needed amenities. Fabio was a gracious host, orienting me to Arezzo and recommending a wonderful trattoria close by. I highly recommend and hope to return!”

“It was great”

“I can’t remember her name but the lady at Check in was fantastic. She gave us suggestions for things to do, places to eat. We did what she said and it was awesome. Thank you!! The apartment also was perfect!!”

“Very good. Clean .good dtandard”

“The pictures weren’t clear , we thought we had the other room with the patio. But we still had a great time and everything went well.”

“Wonderful apartment in downtown, very convenient for food and sightseeing.”

“Loved our stay. Super spacious and central”

“The room was quite spacious and had good air conditioning. It was near the city center, but there were restricted areas where vehicles were prohibited from entering.”

“The apartment was in a perfect location for good transport and for visiting the main attractions; most within walking distance. It was very clean, comfortable and at night, very quiet. ”

“We loved our stay in Florence and the apartment was perfect. The location was in walking distance of lots of restaurants and shops. We were able to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see and enjoyed a great outdoor market about 10 minutes from the apartment on Sunday. Check in was easy and quick. The representative met us at the apartment within minutes of our arrival and communicated with us through what’s app. Apartment was clean, air conditioned and had free wifi. I would highly……

“We loved this space. It was on the other side of the water, which made is calmer and less touristy then in the Florence center. It was so easy to walk in and out of the city. We loved the terrace and enjoyed a few Apéro on it!”
