"Average stay with dishonest staff. We booked a double room (1 double bed for 2 people), but were given a twin room (2 single beds for 2 people) instead. When we raised this with staff, they said the hotel only had twin rooms, but we then noticed that one of the rooms being cleaned was a double room! ..."
