"Firstly, all the staff we encountered were helpful, courteous and friendly. Our room was stylish, clean, the little balcony hot but a welcome space and secluded. Comfortable bed, powerful shower. Water included, as well as milk and tea and coffee. Room service every other day and towels were changed then. Location was walkable to all the main tourist attractions, straight road all flat. Lovely little restaurants along the way. Quiet, good breakfast, served 7-11am and you could have an evening meal if required, although we didn’t, preferring to eat out. It was our first visit to Florence and we really loved it. Remember to add on city tax which is approximately £14 per day for 2 people."
