There were the miners' apartments, a common oven and a small church dedicated to Santa Barbara. Towards the end of the nineties the area was recovered and transformed into a residence of independent apartments, each surrounded by a private garden and with some shared facilities such as the swimming pool and the tennis court. Even the church and the oven have been recovered. All the units are distant from each other in order to guarantee sufficient privacy. The house is located in the heart of Chianti, just 20 km from Siena and 40 km from Florence. Consisting of 7 rooms distributed in two floors: on the first floor a large living room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with hydromassage shower, on the upper floor another bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, two of which are double and one single, for a total of 80 square meters.
