This apartment has an unbeatable location, on the seafront, in front of the beach, surrounded by different restaurants, stores and entertainment venues, to enjoy a perfect vacation in Costa Brava. The apartment is located in the center of the city, at the same time it is about 10 minutes walk from the national park of Aiguamolls and reserves protected by UNESCO.



This beautiful penthouse, which can accommodate 4 guests, has a double bedroom with bed and orthopedic mattress. From the bedroom you have an exit to the incredible terrace with panoramic views of the Bay of Roses and the Pyrenees mountains. On the same terrace you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner outdoors overlooking the sea. The terrace is very sunny and even when it can be windy it is very protected. It is the best place in Empuriabrava. In the living room is the sofa bed very comfortable and easy to use, adapted for long stays. The American kitchen is made with the highest quality materials and is equipped with everything necessary for the preparation of any dish.

Tres bel emplacement

L’appartement mériterait plus de suivi. Machine à laver ne fonctionnant pas réactivité de l’agence locale qui a procédé au changement très rapidement. Ne parlons pas des deux télévisions qui ne fonctionnent pas. Les coupures d’eau sur deux week-ends seraient dues à des problèmes plus généraux au niveau de la station balnéaire. Autrement bel appartement très bien situé face à la mer assez bien équipé manque certains équipements ménagers. Une cafetière toute simple ferait l’affaire plutôt qu’une cafetière aux cartouches introuvables Manque des ustensiles de cuisine style plat au four ,casseroles etc En conclusion le prix à la semaine relativement élevé devrait conduire à un meilleur équipement
