“Four of us (2 adults and two teens) had a great stopover in Como. Beautiful, clean apartment in excellent location.
Just about everywhere is walkable and there’s lots of nice places to eat, drink and shop in the immediate vicinity.
Check in was easy, just needed to touch base with Marco before arriving. My Italian isn’t great but his English was impeccable. He is an excellent host!
Would be more than happy to recommend.

“Pros: Beautiful 15th century estate, renovated in most parts, nice staff, beautiful garden and outdoor pool, comfy beds, spacious bathroom. Many spots to relax by tall trees and enjoy the garden. All doors have security codes and the whole area feels very safe.
Cons: Presence of Spiders and Mosquitos as expected from an estate in the middle of a garden, the restaurant needs a booking in advance and you can not just show up and that is understandable too, breakfast is good but not many options. ”

“The manager is a gentleman.We got off to a difficult star because I was late arriving and did not realise that checkin was after 2pm but also before 4 pm.However, I stayed an extra day and the manager was very helpful and kind.

“We can’t say enough about the amazing hospitality we received at Villa Constanza. The location, the building, the service were all fantastic. The tips they gave, the constant attention and help, the breakfasts — all were spectacular. They even helped us hunt down the taxi when my cellphone fell out of my pocket. I can’t say enough. We only wish we had stayed longer! It’s not easy to get around the lake, but their tips saved us!”

And were stranded in Milan. Andrea picked us up at the airport in a large van and brought us back to his place. The town is small but cute. Very homey type of vibe. Andrea mentioned that the gelato shop (tutti)
Was voted one of the best in Italy. My daughter agreed. The other recommendation for pizza (Moreni?) was also spot on. Again daughter claimed best pizza ever. Everting is easy walking……

"Oh my God, Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa is a huge hotel group in the world. But this hotel spreads False propaganda , cheats client by denying client’s reservation two times and ask room guests to pay for their free shuttle bus.
My families, friends and I have booked 7 rooms of Dolce by Wyndham Milan Malpensa over Hotels.com in June. We choose this hotel because the hotel shows it offers free shuttle bus to airport. I also have written to this hotel to reserved 12 seats of free shuttle bus by email. But Honeydette De Vera, Front Office Manager of this hotel responsed me they don’t offer free shuttle bus for group reservations. I think the hotel proclaim they offer free shuttle bus is False propaganda because they don’t offer free shuttle bus to all their room guest. Besides, we are not a group because the hotel doesn’t offer special price for us. Hotel always offer better price for group. But I don’t want to argue with them. I have tried to reserved only 8 seats of free shuttle bus of this hotel, departing at 9:45 of November 5 by mail again. The other 4 paxes of us can grab a taxi to airport. Julieta Dalla Costa, staff of Front Office dept. responsed me “We do confirm the availability for the Transfer as your request.” That means we have reserved 8 seats of free bus successfully.
We have checked-in around 9:30 PM of November 4. The staff of Front Office told us they
don’t admit we have reserved 8 seats of free shuttle bus departing at 9:45 of November 5 and there "

"I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect.
