“Excelente complejo de casitas adosadas, en un entorno rural a dos pasos del pueblo El Ronquillo. Las casas están como nuevas, decoradas con muy buen gusto y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Servicio de leña para la chimenea que se agradece. En los alrededores hay restaurantes, supermercados y todo en plena naturaleza. Nosotros estuvimos en la vía verde del embalse de la Minilla.”

"The room is clean but outdated. The slamming of doors a bit annoying. But the staff of level team work efficiently and whole -heartedly for arranging private transfer for my visit though my plan changes later.
The hotel just within 5 min walk to Plaza de Espana is perfect."
"the room card didnt work when i got back to hotel. i can only get back to the lobby and find the staff. moreover, the wood tables are dirty and full of dust. I dont know why the staff didnt clean the room. i found that the new towels given by the staff are wet when i got back to hotel at 2100. "
