“This hotel was the one-night magical stay we were hoping it would be. It felt like a well-maintained step back in time. The breakfast and restaurant were lovely, the staff were very friendly, and the grounds were STUNNING. I couldn't believe how beautiful it was to sit at the restaurant and to be outside - the flowers, the views, the touches. Absolutely loved it! My only disappointment was that we were there for our honeymoon, and even after contacting them before, the hotel didn't acknowledge……

“職員態度友善有禮，房間寬敞整潔除睡房外，還有客廳，廚房，雪櫃和焗爐。房間面湖景，漂亮。美中不足是沒有洗衣設備，酒店介紹資料顯示有洗衣設備但實際是要交職員代為處理，收費昂貴，一件短褲或T袖收費各CHF8,兩件合共，CHF16。另外是早餐食物款式少，很基本食物，主要提供麵包，果汁及熱飲及一些乳酪及配料等。”

“We enjoy our stay at this hotel. The hotel is good, the room is spacious, cozy and with a lovely sea-view.The staff are friendly and helpful. The environment/ surrounding is nice. We tried the restaurant ~ Safran at night, the food and environment is quite good. But if you decided to walk to the hotel fm train station, remember to follow the blue line on the ground to the left, you can access to the lift easily. Besides, there are around tens steps to get access to the lobby fm the main door,……

“Great location, right by the lake. Excellent staff - attentive, very responsive and helpful. Great stay. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. We had to wait a while for our place to be ready, but we had plenty to do on site and were offered complimentary drinks while we waited.”

“Our concern has to be raised regarding our stay on 23 June 2026, during which we booked two Superior Rooms (317 and 319) and one Standard Room (310) for a group of 6 travellers. Despite paying 16% more for the Superior category, both Superior Rooms were smaller than the Standard Room and had poor views facing the opposite building’s wall. In contrast, the Standard Room was more spacious and offered an open view. This does not align with the expected higher grade implied by the “Superior”……

“During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot. ”

“Room was clean, the room service was done every day. Staff was very nice. Location is close to pubic transportation. Car parking is available as well. ”

“Very good lake view, and very comfortable room Transportation is needed for reaching the hotel, otherwise will be a 20mins walk from Montreux train station. I was walking there, but the name of the hotel in "Hotel.com" is different from its real name! Which made me almost 20 mins to find it. Very good for the hotel to provide me a free transportation tickets, which allows me travel around by bus.”

“Room cleanup still need to improve. Toilet bowl can still smell urine. ”

“Take bus #204 from the train station for only few mins.Speedy check in with friendly staff. Facilities with sauna, steam room, pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast buffet is only breads and pastries without hot foods is a bit disappointed. Overall service is excellent.”

“The hotel is full of heritage, dating back to the mid 19th century. Both the building and its interior are fascinating, with relaxing colors that create a peaceful and stress-free atmosphere. We stayed for just one night during our long motorcycle trip, so unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the additional services the hotel has to offer. Our room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was amazing - exactly what we needed after several days on the road.……
