“The hotel has a fantastic location; you can watch the sunrise from the lobby every day. The restaurant overlooks the lake, offering stunning views while you eat breakfast. The hotel facilities are also excellent, with the outdoor heated pool being a wonderful feature. Hot coffee and hot water are readily available in the public areas; a more varied breakfast selection would be even better.”

“The room was clean but the jacuzzi jets were super weak, the patio door wouldn't shut tight and you could see light through the bottom of it. The night stands and dressers were in rather poor condition with paint flaking off of it everytime the doors opened. The patio was not cleared of snow and the rooms were poorly insulated. We could hear everything going on in the hallway and they vacuumed at 8:30am. Other than that, the staff were nice. The value for what we paid for the room wasn't……

“Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a wide variety of hot and cold food choices. Loved the view of Lake Michigan and Mackinaw Bridge from our room. window”

“Evening check in person seemed annoyed she had to get off her phone to check us in, she was rude, we could definitely tell she didn't want to be there and that we were an inconvenience to her. Player's club staff also acted inconvenienced to assist us. No one seemed happy to be there. Room hallways were under remodel with wet paint signs and long nails sticking out of trim. Hotel definitely needs some updating.”

“Room was dated but clean; it did not have a table and only one chair. Pool and hot tub were closed. Laundry and trash in the hall. We were told that they were getting ready to do a renovation..”
