“Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. “Not a luxury hotel but for the price its pretty good. The room layout is similar to a chain hotel room and it was clean and tidy. The staff were great and always friendly. I never ate here so cant comment on the food. They have entertainment on at the weekends which you can hear in your rooms but its not excessive and finished at 10 pm each night. I would happily stay here again if i found myself in the area. ”

“Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place. ”

“A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again. ”

“Staff are always extremely helpful and help make the stay enjoyable. Room is basic but has everything you need. Breakfast is great and they also cater for the dog too! ”

“Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website.”

“You have to pay for internet in room, I was lucky they upgraded me , but my so called internet room is just a room happen to receive signal from the lobby. The staffs are great and kind, room is old. Carpark is 5 pound per night, walk 10 Mins to town 15 mins to pier and beach. Check in time is crazy 4pm and check out time is 10am , late check out at 11am is 10 pounds extra. Personally I can't stand of it, but didn't know until I got there. ”

“10 minutes a pieds des commerces. Personnel très sympathique. Petit déjeuner le choix pour tout le monde. Chambre et salle de bain bien mais manque un peu de modernisation mais sinon très confortable.”
