「We really enjoyed our stay at the Banoge House. We were coming in late and the host, John, stayed up to greet us and show us around when we came in. He is friendly, welcoming, and cooks a delicious Irish breakfast. We were in a room for four people, a large bed for my husband and I and two single beds for our children. 「Great as always, although the room was a little too warm. Staff are fantastic!」

「We only booked one night as we didn’t know how long we needed to stay due to a family situation. The hotel kept our room open whether we used it or not and only charge for the days we are here at discounted rates. All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and hugely empathetic. 」

「The customer service was exceptional and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All requests before arrival were dealt with before arrived. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. 「The front desk staff at House Hotel Belfast was extremely helpful and friendly. Easily our best experience with hotel staff during our 2 weeks in Ireland. The area has many options for dining and is a short walk from Queens University and botanical gardens as well as the local transit train with easy access to the airport. 」
