“The staff was available 24 hours a day. Very friendly and willing to assist you with your needs. The shuttle drivers were on time and had great suggestions. The ski in ski out access was perfect. The ski shop had great equipment and the locker room made it as easy as you can hope for. The lounge bar was a great place for a night cap and to catch some live music. Breakfast in the morning was top notch.”

“Very good 5 stars ski resort hotel with ski in ski out access. It has three restaurants. The staff in reception, restaurants and ski room are very friendly, particularly James, Nathan and Laurence in ski room and are really helpful. The room is spacious enough for two people. The breakfast is good and beside the buffet, I have eggs choic and coffee. It is a great start before heading to the slope.”

“I loved my stay at Azureva. My apartment was clean, beautiful views of the mountains fronm the balcony and window, big enough for 4 people although i was on my own. The staff specially the Manager of the property was so helpful, nice, friendly and very professional. I will certainly come back.”

“Perfect ski-in/ski-out location. Although the hotel is a bit worn down, the friendly, service-minded staff and the very clean rooms more than compensate. There is a frequent free local shuttle bus right outside, or you can easily take an Uber to and from Courchevel centre.”

“Nous ne voulons pas parler de la residence pralin mais plutot de l appartement 405 a la residence le pralin que vous osez louer avec des matelas pitoyables pleins de taches surtout pour des enfants etc...vous dites aux gens qu il y a des couettes alors que c faux ! pas de couettes pendant une semaine on aurait prefere la verité qd on vs a appelé , pas de télévision non plus malgré nos appels aussitot ou vs nous faites croire que vous allez faire quelque chose alors que c faux !!rien est fait c……

“I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe……

“We had the best stay at Le Savoy! The hotel had a very relaxed, fun vibe. I can't say enough about the staff. Top notch! Super helpful and friendly. The location in the center in town was convenient. The 20% off discount (for hotel guests) at the Sport Boutique (ski equipment rental) was appreciated. “The hotel was EXCELLENT, every detail from the attention to the cleaning the experience was amazing. Shoutout to everyone in the front desk because they do an amazing job and every goes above and beyond. I will definitely come back. My only constructive feedback is that I would like the pillows to be better, and the coffee to be from an espresso machine instead of the automatic machine. I would definitely stay here again regardless ”
