"The staff were extremely accommodating and brought great vibes, the resort food was awesome we had the all inclusive and was worth it there were multiple options especially with my daughter being a picky eater, we celebrated our 2 yr anniversary and they set up our room nice and decorated with a bottle of champagne overall a great experience 100% recommend "

"My wife and I had an incredible stay at Sugar Beach, a Viceroy Resort, in the luxury beachfront one-bedroom, and it truly exceeded expectations. The views were absolutely stunning, and the overall stay was nothing short of amazing. What really set this resort apart was the service; 24/7 concierge, staff who knew us by name, and genuine smiles every time we were greeted. We always felt welcomed and well taken care of, with everyone happy to help in any way possible. Dining is priced on the higher end, but that’s to be expected for a luxury resort of this caliber, and the quality matched the experience. "Merkel was our main bulter during our stay as we had him for 6 of the 8 days (check out day he was off). He always made sure we were good and was excellent to inform us if any delays were occuring. Top notch service. A ton of space available on the beach and having a ton of restaurants and pool options helped. "

"We spent our first wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly relaxing and welcoming stay. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and offered complimentary fruit punch, which set the tone for the entire experience. Our butler, Ferguson, was extremely accommodating, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. The staff at the Cove—especially Tonya—were absolutely wonderful. As we only eat halal meat, we needed a few adjustments to the menu, and they were more than happy to accommodate our dietary needs. The two ladies at Hurricane Hole were also very kind and attentive in ensuring our meals met our requirements. Overall, it was a fantastic stay. Every member of staff was incredible, and we truly felt cared for during such a special milestone."
