"Pieces of the walls were missing in the bathroom. The tub was terrifying. The floor was also coming up and portions of carpet missing. Its smelled damp. Female attendant working the evening shift has no customer service skills - she didn't make eye contact or smile even once"

"Everything was wonderful! Patio with a nice view of a green space, a veranda on our floor (6th), room was clean, bed was comfy with lots of pillows, complimentary breakfast and dinner were great too. The staff was super friendly and everything was clean. Definitely will stay here on our next trip to San Antonio!"

"One elevator worked, the rest were out of order. For a large hotel, this meant lines at the one functional elevator and / or multiple flights of stairs that were not fun with baggage in tow. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Rooms were spacious but walls are thin and gap at entry door meant you could hear all the hallway traffic. "

"Perfect family destination with a ton of activities to do on the property. The amenities were in great shape. We loved the large pool, waterslides, and lazy river and appreciated that they weren't too deep for our 6 year old. We also took in pickleball, the nature trail, evening bonfires with s'mores and meals at JB's. This place is a gem and super close to Sea World. It was also an easy commute to downtown San Antonio to enjoy the Riverwalk and the Alamo. "

"Just had to stay one night for work. The room was spacious, clean and reasonable. The check in lady was pleasant and quick as was the gentleman who checked us out. And breakfast was good as well. "
