「Room smelled like moth balls. Room was clean and there were be ameneties. Parking lot stayed busy all night causing some loss of sleep. Overall, clean and did the job.」

「The customer service needs improvement. My wife and I ate breakfast at the hotel. The food was put up, and the lights were turned off on us 30 minutes early (9 am instead of 9:30 am). The customer service attendant sighed a couple of times while sweeping near us in the breakfast area. Who knows why? Maybe it was because I was telling my wife a story, and she was tired of hearing it. Maybe it was that she was tired of cleaning. I don't know the reason. Good customer service doesn't include...

「The room was ok, me and my husband just wanted to get away for a couple of days. It served the purpose but nothing over the top ( at all ). The sink was broken, and so was the shower handle. But at least there wasn’t any roaches like the previous hotel. However, I will most likely not go back.」

「Room was disgusting, walked in and a painting was broken on the floor behind one of the beds, cigarette butts under the bed and hair and discarded food in random spots. This was a cheap stay but I think next year I’d rather go somewhere else than stay in this dirty ashtray.」
