Staff lack proper training in service, hygiene, and English proficiency, and the maintenance of hotel facilities is poor. Overall, the hygiene standards of the rooms and restaurant do not reach five-star levels, and the quality does not match the price. Unfortunately, this is currently the only upscale hotel on the island.」

When we arrived, Nam changed our room to give us a balcony and a view. He also gave us an overview of the island and the spots to check out.
