“Perfect location right in the centre of the old city. The rooms are on the first floor and there is no escalator, so a short climb up with your luggage is unavoidable. We did the check-in on our own and throughout the 2 nights that we stayed there, we haven't sighted any reception staff.”

“As a Hotels.com Gold member, I was genuinely surprised by this stay. The check-in communication was nonexistent, so I had to reach out myself just to get inside. The lighting was controlled by a single key, making it awkward for two guests, and the host was inflexible about that, telling me I should not have removed the key for the light from the entrance keys.
