Gorgeous apartment in the middle of the city

Aurelio and his sister were wonderful hosts, waiting for us in Catania. They made sure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Even when some trouble with internet connection came up, Aurelio offered to help and was generally available within a few minutes. The apartment itself is a true work of art! High ceilings and modern amenities, tastefully decorated and pleasant in every way. Very spacious inside and easily accessible by an elevator straight to the door. The location is ideal as well, three minutes away by foot from a beautiful park, which made our stay with kids infinitely more comfortable in the middle of a city. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Highly recommended for a trip to Catania.

Perfect home away from home!

We rented this apartment for seven days. From the listing it almost looked too good to be true, but the reality lived up to expectations completely. The booking and check in process were easy and accommodating to differing arrival times of our group. The apartment is ideally located: close to great restaurants, easy walking distance to museums, markets, shopping. We used secure parking for the first night, but after that we found street parking that was relatively easy, inexpensive, and available. We planned a series of day trims to Toarmina, Syricusa, , Ragusa and Etna. Once out of the core, those were all easily commutable. The apartment in immaculate, well appointed and spotlessly clean. Each bedroom has it's own en-suite, and the wifi is dependable. From the back balcony you can see Mt Etna, the front bedrooms open onto the busy street below, but there is little sleep disturbance from the traffic. On the ground floor is a family run bakery that was our daily breakfast stop. The language barrier didn't prevent us from enjoying the delicious offerings. We would highly recommend this apartment: the location, the apartment itself, and the service and attention to detail by the owners made it a truly enjoying and relaxing experience.

Catania visit

Great property in a good location, ideal for our party of seven. There is a lift which made it easy with luggage to the third floor. Host was generous and helpful in organising day trips and flexible with check out on the last day. We would definitely recommend this property for a great stay in Catania. Michael 9 June 2019.

Great host, excellent accommodations. Would be very happy to stay here again! Great communication, excellent service and wonderful high-tech apartment. WiFi, plenty of hot water for showers, plenty of towels, great Nespresso machine, washing machine and balconies. Elevator was huge plus! Really loved our stay and hope to return very soon.

fantastic flat and location

UFlat is an ideal flat for visiting Catania. The location can not be beat and is within walking distance of many major attractions and countless restaurants. We were able to leave the car in a close by parking lot for most of our stay (highly recommend using the parking recommended by host Aurelio). The flat itself offers very spacious bedrooms with luxurious bathrooms. The high ceilings and modern decor adds to the bury of the space. Elevator access makes moving in and out very easy. We very much enjoyed out stay and thank Aurelio for being a great host and making our check in and check out very easy. Highly recommend this place!

Great place and nice for couples!

Aurelio was a huge help in planning our stay. He made our time there very enjoyable by providing support in our travel arrangements in and around Catania. He was a great resource and helped me line up transportation and excursions. The apartment was in a great location for us and we found it close enough to the main city center to walk. The apartment is close to many restaurants and cafes as well as the fresh market. We had three couples and the size of the apartment was perfect. The apartment was very clean and nice with a modern flare against old world lines. The main entrance is a little rough getting to the apartment or lift. We considered it part of the character of the building. Aurelio and his sister Simona are very professional and we were very satisfied with the Uflat.
