“We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while.……

“Property is fantastic beautiful views and view of small waterfall. Walk around property and enjoy the nature, river, waterfall. Property manager on site was super friendly and helpful. Three story type house. Kids loved the bunk at the top. Easy walk to town for food and groceries. We stopped here between drive from SJO and La fortune and stayed one night then went to blue falls great stop!! ”

“The couple who owns the place was very nice, accommodating and friendly. You have to pay attention when you first arrive, as the area is not marked very well. the beds were very comfortable and the view from the balcony was perfect. ”

“Unfortunately we only spent one night here. Beautiful property we wish we could have enjoyed more. The included morning breakfast was excellent. A wonderful breakfast plate is freshly made as you enter their dining area. You don't order anything, they just bring you an tasty Costa Rican breakfast - really one of my highlights of our trip. “Breakfast was great! Hospitality was absolutely top notch. The pool is very clean, the water is colder than expected. Having no A/C is a change, but the area is not as warm as la fortuna. Great place in the middle of everything. ”
