“Clean and large room with a view of the water. Restaurants close by. SUPER nice staff - even gave us cold water as we left and held the door open. Late check out (12:00) was nice. I wish the pool could open earlier than 10:00 but I can understand the goal of keeping things quiet for those with rooms next to the pool. Oh, also great to be dog friendly.”

“The check in time is a little late (3 to 4pm), but they will let you go on the beach to wait, which was lovely. There's also a beach front restaurant right next door. Wonderful stay, friendly staff! ”

“The manager was excellent at check in. Answered my questions and provided solid answers. Just remember, this is not a 5 star hotel. It provided a nice room, a good bed and AC for what we thought was a very good price. Too often, we read reviews that the guest seem to think they are staying at the Ritz, which is not fair as they are not paying anywhere near ritz prices. ”

“Have stayed here several times. Very nice place especially for price. Can easily walk to places around town, 1 to 3 blocks, including PIB ferry.”

“Although short, I enjoyed my stay at The Wave. It was a very pretty, modern property and had a great restaurant on site. Most of the front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The restaurant staff were also very friendly and accommodating. The view was nice. I wish I could have enjoyed the pool. The hotel is a few miles away from the “downtown” part with stores and restaurants which I would have loved to go see if I was in town longer. But overall a very nice stay and I’d stay there……
