“We stayed here in three rooms for the night and overall the rooms and the location were very nice, especially for the price. Unfortunately, when we went to check in about 5:00 p.m. they were just facing a lot of challenges. One of our rooms we showed up to hadn't been cleaned at all, one room was perfect and the final room we couldn't get into key wasn't programmed right or something. We decided to go to dinner and come back and hoped everything was fixed except one of the rooms we went back to……

“Everything about the place is good. Not excellent but good. The pillows are super soft so if you like to sleep with your head slightly elevated you had better bring your pillow from home. (Which most people probably already do)”

“Room was just ok as far as cleanliness but definitely could have been cleaner. Shower had soap and shampoo scum on it. Also there was no where to hang clothes or nothing too set your luggage on, also no clock and no tissues. Bed was like sleeping in a hole and ac was incredibly loud, no continental breakfast. We couldn't get a good not sleep. We would not stay at this facility again or recommend it to anyone.”

“The location of the property was wonderful, walking distance to the ferry and to the Port Clinton town square and live entertainment. It also felt like a FL trip but in Ohio with the beachfront right there and waterfront restaurant all on the property. Wish the property itself had a pool by the beach, but I believe we could use the pool across the street at the commodore hotel. Would be nice if there were live bands here too, and food options later at night then we wouldn’t have to leave the……

“The property did the trick for arriving at midnight and leaving in morning in terms of a room with beds. There are no elevators. The property felt unfinished or perhaps in transition.”

“Overall room was fine. People were so loud into the night but I guess that’s Put-in-Bay. People in the other rooms were singing and yelling until 4 am. There is no staff onsite after 9, so no one to notify. The floor was very dirty. We got caught in some rain and we tried to clean up the floor and the towel was very dark after. We weren’t there to really watch TV but I did try to turn it on to drown out the noise and the TV didn’t work. Overall we had a good time there but the hotel was meh. ”
