“Staff very helpful”

“Each time we choose to visit the lake and occasionally due to unpredictable circumstances; this hotel is the only option to stay ! It’s always clean , proximity to the beach area , stores and restaurants. The hotel staff is always accommodating. The location is our favorite , especially being close to the freeway, for any emergency exits .The staff are always friendly, the rooms are clean and the lake view is amazing! If you’re like us and like nice things , this location is the place to be .……

“Checked in, and room had multiple dead bugs on and under the covers. Asked for a different room. Second room was better, but smelled of mildew. We did not swim in the pool, but it did look fairly green. I personally would not stay at this hotel again.”

“We received a call asking what time we were coming as they wanted to make sure someone was there when we checked it. When the sign said someone would be there until 9:30. When we arrived we had to call and then the guy walked us to the room. He said he just shampooed the floor which was confusing as to why. When you walked in you were instantly hit with the smell of weed. We thought it would go away but by day 2 it was still there, and only in one spot right when you walked in. We didn’t want……

“This hotel was a surprise for me, I tend to not use the Super8 motels. However, this facility was perfect. The location is perfect for accessing attractions in the area, plenty of food options close by, Lake Erie beach within walking distance. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. Beds and pillows were comfy. We had a girls weekend, and Sunny (manager) was the perfect host-provided information regarding the area, always helpful and kind. He even had a toothbrush for my friend.
