「Lanelay Hall is a beautiful hotel. The decor, the ambience and the attention to detail is exceptional. The staff in all areas are warm and welcoming. 「All the staff were very friendly and everywhere was clean and tidy. If you were later than 09.00 am for breakfast, the choice was not so good than if you had turned up earlier, that was our feeling. The Saturday evening meal was not totally satisfactory because there was not enough staff and we booked a table at 20.30 but did not eat until 21.45.
