「This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. It's not the best, and don't have the breakfast you'll be wasting your money, it has very poor quality ingredients. You'd be better off eating...

「We never had a view, we looked out to the back of buildings,which was ok,we dont mind too much, the mattress was shocking, really saggy at the top end on 1 side, we ended up turning the mattress, as it felt like i was sleeping on a hill.」

「My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up.」

「During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!」

「We stopped over here on our way from south Wales back to the north west of England. It was a great choice. The rooms are spacious, clean and modern. The bathroom was excellent. We also had dinner and breakfast here and for each meal the food was excellent. The staff were great too. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay.」

「A really lovely place to stay. Convenient with car parking to the rear of the hotel. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Stayed in the main hotel this time and the room was really comfortable and quiet. A few stairs to navigate but all worth it. Would definitely recommend.」
