700m from the Lys cable car and 10 minutes' walk from Cauterets town centre, 105m2 family house with 5 bedrooms, 3 shower rooms, 3 WCs, sleeping capacity for up to 10 people.



Large enclosed garden around the house, 2 terraces, garage and outdoor parking space.





From the gate, you access the south-facing terrace via the staircase in the garden.

Once inside, the large living room has an 8-person dining table, 2 sofas; a fitted kitchen with gas hob, fridge-freezer, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, filter and Senséo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette machine.

A small lounge with TV.



Also on the ground floor:

1 double bedroom (bed 140x190) with 2 storage units.

1 shower room.

1 wc with washbasin.



First floor:

3 double bedrooms (bed140x190) with chest of drawers and wardrobe.

1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80x190) and chest of drawers.

1 shower room with walk-in shower and wc.

1 bathroom with bath and toilet.



Outside the house, you will enjoy 2 large terraces (south and west) and a vast enclosed garden bordering a stream.





You will be able to park 2 vehicles on the property (garage and outside parking space). Free parking is also available on the street.





Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included. For everyone's respect and comfort, we ask you to leave the house in a clean and tidy condition when you leave.



Sheets, towels and final cleaning are available on request.
