The property is a 3-room apartment with 35 square meters of living space, spread across two levels on the ground floor. It has a south-west facing position and was partly renovated in 2020 with beautiful furnishings. The living room features a TV (flat screen), CD-player, DVD, and fan, leading to a terrace outside. The open kitchen is equipped with two ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, grill, electric coffee machine, and Capsules for the coffee machine (Senseo) are provided. There is also a bathroom and a separate WC on this floor. Upstairs, accessed by a steep stair, you'll find one room with a French bed (140 cm, length 190 cm) and another room with two beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), both equipped with fans.
