Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! 「Week of riding OZ trails, 4 guys and their bikes. House was clean had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable. The host (Mit) was always available to sort out any issues or concerns. Would definitely stay there again. We’ve been to Bentonville for the riding half a dozen times, we really like this location for access to highway 49 so we could venture further afield to ride all the great trails NWA has to offer. Price was also very good. The whole crew was very happy with the place....

There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, as well as cooking utensils, blankets, pillows, etc. Lots of little touches. Valerie was also amazing. We would definitely stay again! 」
