"The staff at the Novotel were fantastic. When ever I had a query they were more than happy to help. After check out we realised we left something in the room. They were more than happy to let us back up to get it. We will definitely stay there again. "

"The room was a very decent size for a hotel room. It was very big! The bed was king size which you don’t often find and it was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding and the food we had in the cafe was very good. Although there were woks being done in the hotel it didn’t affect us at all. The staff are very friendly and service oriented. We weren’t there long enough to enjoy the facilities and surrounding area. But would love to go back when next in Perth. "

"The property was conveniently located and walking distance to Swan River, Quay and Hay Street shopping. We had a 2nd floor balcony room looking over the park and river which was a lovely way to relax between outings. Our room was clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly especially those serving in the breakfast area each morning. We would definitely stay again."
