“Poor communication. No free wifi. ”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Wonderful Stay at Avana Hills Tagaytay! We were a group of 10 and had a wonderful stay! The place is clean, new, spacious, and very comfortable. All 4 bedrooms have their own private bathrooms and air conditioning, which was perfect for our group. The common hallway isn’t air-conditioned, but it was completely fine. The family room has a fan, and the balcony has a beautiful view. We loved having access to the kitchen with provided utensils, which allowed my sister to cook homemade……

“I’m very glad to stay here at Green 2 Residences, even it’s only 2 nights, staffs are very polite, the room are so clean & very convenient to go somewhere, thank you ☺️”

“Excellent host and place. Must try if you want to explore Tagaytay. The place is well and secured 24/7. Nice and quiet area, close to everything. The host gives elaborate information and very friendly. Thanks!”

“The room was great good view ”

“great location, centrally located to all tourist attractions by jeepney or motorcycle, literally dozens of places to eat in a 5 minute radius plus a grocery store less than 5 minutes away if you like to make your own breakfast or later in the night snack. The unit is clean, modern and comes with everything you need to enjoy your stay, by stay I mean as a place to sleep and eat in the mornings, not to spend your whole day inside, my unit 1103 was a little small for staying all day but plenty big……

“It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience”

“Great projector ”

“For the most part yes they were good. Had problems with the toilet on the second to the last day. Water tank wasn’t filling and I had to fill it by hand several times. Then it started working again. ”

“The location is good very convenient close to all the shops. Nice view . The unit a little outdated but for the price you payed is good enough. ”

“The place is nice but the AC is not working and it’s so uncomfortable. And it scares me and my daughter when we saw a cockroach. And the WiFi and tv is not working . So there’s not much of entertainment. But the convenience of the place that is so near in all the very good restaurants and tourist spot was the best part. Hopefully they fix the problem. Thank you again. ”

“I would like to thank the host for this great condo. She was great answering all questions and communication through out the trip. The condo was as described in listing. However pool was not operational at time of visit. The location worked great for our needs. Along with the pricing. I was a little nervous as i have been scammed before. However, the constant communication was great. Thank you again for allowing our stay. You have a great place.”

“Not a 2 BR unit. False advertisement. Host does not communicate properly. Host provided the check-in info at the very last minute. And did not provide check-out procedure as well. Pictures did not match the unit. Poor communication, slow and delay response, details missing from both host and local contacts. Would not recommend staying here at all. ”
