"Really beautiful and well managed property! It was a sea facing room with beautiful balcony. Room size was great. Plenty of tea and coffee which sometimes we don’t get in European hotels. There is a buggy service to go to Cavtat or the beach downhill. You can call them or sometimes they just arrive. All staff members we came across were really professional. Special thumbs up to restaurant staff, it was really busy but they were so efficient. Things were just taken care of really fast. I went for half board option. The variety of food, you are spoilt for choice. Plenty of fruit , salads, cheese , bread , deserts and ice cream.i surely put on some weight :( There is a really beautiful walk if you go to floor 1 and out to the beach and cavtat centre . Highly recommend. It is 2.5kms and views were amazing . Took me 20 mins (and 50 photos ) to do :) On floor 4 there is a heated pool and 2 swimming pools with chairs. There is also a spa which I didn’t use. About area, cavtat is nice. I took bus 10 to Dubrovnik and God it was crowded! So I was glad about staying in Cavtat away from crowds. Booked excursions to Bosnia, Montenegro and 3 islands and they were also good experience. Uber from airport was 15 euros. 7-8 mins. There are plenty of Uber and Bolt cars in Dubrovnik if you don’t want to do bus. There is also taxi boats from cavtat to Dubrovnik . Overall a great stay. 5 stars. Highly recommend "

"A great hotel: Very clean throughout Very nice rooms, comfy beds, air condiyioning, modern bathroom, kettle and fridge, TV, lovely views from balcony (room was sold as a partial seaview although it was a great view onto the harbour - room 110). Rooftop pool area was a lovely area to relax, with a bar selling food and drink (a little pricey). Breakfast was very good. Ideal location, steps away from the harbour, restaurants, bars and coastal walks. 5 minutes away from where the boats depart for Dubrovnik and to neighbouring villages of Mlini and Sebreno."

"Loved the beautiful sea view from the room. Quiet and peaceful. Nice neighborhood and quaint town. Only issue was Expedia made it difficult to get a hold of the owner when checking in. We were a bit confused but eventually Peter showed up to let us in. Great from there on out. "

"The property is amazing everything was immaculate and spotlessly clean.Stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment had spectacular views of the town and Dubrovnik in the distance.The pool area was a little oasis with a fantastic clean pool and well kept gardens a wonderful seating area under a large wooden gazebo to sit for a little shade. Now about the owner Pero what a true gentleman always on hand to see if you needed anything which we didn't as everything was supplied down to dishwasher washing machine iron and ironing board.Pero and his lovely little boy also took us all back to the airport on our departure Really didn't want to write a fantastic review as would like this little gem to be kept a secret but i would be really just being selfish. Deserves a 5 star.So 10/10 for Villa Alegria and thank you for a wonderful stay."
