“This place was Perfect!! Super clean, AC worked phenomenally. The layout works very well. The host was very kind and expeditious in her communications with us. I will definitely be staying again on my trip out to Cayce next year. Super close to airport and downtown, Kitchen was stocked with everything one could need on vacation for multiple days or weeks. Check-out was super smooth and simple, not like the horror stories you hear online with all the cleaning fees and the laundry list of things……

“Such a cute place and we loved the front porch. Convenient location (short uber ride to UofSC) and perfect set up for us to bring family for my daughters graduation.Everything was clean. It is starting to show some wear and tear in the carpets and furniture. However, that did not change how we felt about it overall.”

“The property was well maintained and located so that getting places was easy”

“Great little mill house. Very unique. Loved the wood floors and the few special vintage pieces. The beds were very comfortable and it had everything we needed. Close to all the fun. We went tubing on the river and the enjoyed the restaurants close by.”

“The house was lovely and bed was comfortable. I loved that it was pet friendly and such a great location. I will definitely rent this house again when I visit my daughter and her family in West Columbia, SC.”

“We were in Columbia for a wedding and the location was perfect. The house is beautifully decorated and located in a quiet neighborhood. It does look like the pictures posted on the listing. The Host was very quick to respond and resolve any issue or questions we had. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in a family-friendly house in West Columbia.”
