「Nuestra estancia en este hotel en San Andrés fue excelente. Viajé con mi familia y desde nuestra llegada nos hicieron sentir muy bienvenidos. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, cómodas y bien cuidadas, y el personal siempre fue amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar. Disfrutamos mucho de las áreas comunes, la comida y el ambiente tranquilo que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de unas vacaciones inolvidables. Lo que más destacamos es la calidad del servicio y la calidez humana de todo el equipo....

It was never a perfect property, but what always made it special was the peaceful beachfront atmosphere and direct access to one of the best stretches of beach on the island. Unfortunately, that peace is now gone. The hotel is now offering day passes, allowing outside guests to come in, drink, party, and overcrowd the beach area with wristbands.
