“The room was clean and comfortable. Air kept the room cool, even though it was March! lol The desk guy was super friendly and helpful. If we’re back in that area again, we would definitely stay there. Thank you”

“The room itself was clean, but we had an issue where several of our large towels had a long dark hair on them. The hotel is close to everything and had comfy beds. It was quiet too. We wish the shower had somewhere to put toiletries. ”

“Room was nasty. I didn’t even want to shower because bathroom wasn’t clean, and wore shoes the whole time in my room because I was afraid to go barefoot. Glad I had a travel blanket in my car because sheets were dirty so I slept on top of my blanket. No coffee pot in room or lobby. Advertised continental breakfast-even had sign at front desk-said they discontinued that years ago and told me to go to Waffle House across the street. Were rude. Empty vending machines. Lobby area dirty. Parking lot……

“I booked and paid for a room with two queen beds, but on arrival I was told that room “wasn’t ready” and was offered a completely different room with only one bed instead. When I went back to the front desk to get this fixed, they moved me again but put me in a room with two double beds, not the two queens I reserved and paid for. On top of the bait‑and‑switch on room type, the bathroom had dried urine on the toilet seat on arrival, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a……

“Room was clean and staff was nice and helpful; however, we had to change rooms 3 times. First room the key wouldn’t work (for us or the staff), second room the thermostat was broken and the room was hot, the third and final room was fine but the TV did not work. ”

“They demand a $60 deposit with the promise of a refund at checkout. It took 6 days before they credited my card. They make a lot of $$$$ in interest holding on to $60 from every room every day and holding it for 6 days. Parking is almost impossible unless you’re driving a tiny smart car. Loud music and weed smoking all over the place.”
