“We three girlfriends were enchanted with Josephine Cottage. Here’s why:-3 extremely comfortable bedrooms w terrific bedding and en-suite bathrooms (loved the lighted bathroom mirror ).-open space on main floor with well appointed kitchen. All the dishes, pans, etc we needed. Spacious refrigerator too.-I loved all the windows, which provided so much light-porch table with comfy conversational seating area.-Great location, with an easy 1/2 mile walk to Homestead Resort-Communication w host was……

“The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting.……

“Great stay for our family! The property offered privacy in a quiet wooded area surrounded by nature. Check-in was effortless, the kitchen was stocked with all the needed plates and pots, wi-fi is available but rather slow, hot-tub was clean, and firewood was provided. The home was well maintained and beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the daily visits from the family of deer. ”

“Lovely house, very well appointed with everything in the kitchen you could ever need. Good set up with a bathroom for each bedroom. We loved the creek running through the backyard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.”

“THe Best! They thought of everything! Coffee, Hot Chocolate, First Aid Kit, New Toothbrushes and paste which we didn't use, but how thoughtful. Beautiful location, rolling hills,. on Jackson River. “Hands down, the nicest, most enjoyable vacation rental experience to date. This house is not only more beautiful than most primary homes, it had absolutely everything a large family/group would need - and then some. The manager and her team had the property ready and accessible to my family well in advance of normal check-in (and communicated it early in the day), making it so easy for those arriving early or living nearby to settled and stock the kitchen. The pictures posted are great and……
