「It was clean and the host was very good at communication; however, it was in a very dangerous neighborhood and we did not feel safe. My husband had to leave a day before the three kids and I so we stayed somewhere else for our last night. There were numerous in-housed people on the streets, gunshots in the stop sign etc. In addition, there were not enough pillows for our family, and no laundry detergent. 」

Host was very quick and helpful when a minor issue was encountered (clogged toilet), and it was handled immediately. Great value, clear instructions/communications. We enjoyed our stay very much. 」

「The apartment itself was nice, and we appreciated conveniences like the washer/dryer, spices and kitchen essentials being available already. However there was mold in multiple places in the shower and the smell lead to us not showering as much as we would have otherwise. Would have been a 5/5 but 3/5 due to the mold being so bad.」
