“What a wonderful experience! This place is all it claims to be, and more. It’s “glamping” I suppose, but mostly just cosy and very close to nature! The shower is a transcendent delight! Outdoors but completely private. If you are a couple looking for a getaway, it’s so perfect. I also had to do a little remote work and the internet WiFi is fast and steady. You have to walk to get your water - no more than 40 feet - but you have a kitchen next to the tent/yurt that has a fridge and a freezer. We……

“Comfortable no book for check in our instruction for check out.”

“Clean and well preserved”

“This is our second time staying and we loved it again. The cabin is so cozy. The hosts are very hospitable and so kind. The communication is great. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, etc. we will be back again! Highly recommend!!”

“Wonderful property and host! Great location and very comfortable property!”

“Good location, nice fully fenced yard as well. ”

“The property was a quiet, clean, and a restful place to stay. The owners were very thorough in explaining how to get there and how to access systems in the house. The property is fairly secluded by most travelers standards including those who understand 'back country' life. Advertising it this way, we think, would present a more complete picture to those interested in staying there.”

“The host was very accommodating and quick to answer questions and address needs. The location is very central to anywhere you might want to travel to see the sights. The house was clean and contained many helpful items for travelers.”

“Host was very responsive and easy to work with. House was perfect for our needs. It was clean; everything worked; amenities were thoughtful and appreciated; beds were comfortable; and evaporative cooler worked great.”

“The location was great, with easy access to the interstate and a nearby shopping district (Uptown). We could even walk to the theater! The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and we easily set up house for our 2 week stay. There were unfortunately two drawbacks that keep this from getting a perfect 5 stars. The most significant was the toilet. It has a "round" rather than "elongated" bowl. You almost never find these in public restrooms or hotels, and for very good reason. The……

“Beautiful yard with incredible view of Sandia. The water feature and pond are relaxing. The family room keeps those views with 3 huge windows. It was great to have attached garage space to avoid a minivan preheated in the New Mexico sun. Will definitely stay there again.”

“Stayed 6 nights with our 2 adult sons and daughter in law. Weather was 100 F several days and A/C did not work and swamp cooler did not keep up as it was humid as well as hot. Lots of fans helped some. Frustrating to find proper hot water temp in master suite's shower. Main entry blue door needs work: difficult to open especially after heavy rains caused the wood to swell. Flagstones are dangerously uneven in front: a trip hazard.Good location, and nice trees and grounds. Good interior……

“Lovely stay”

“We really like the location of the cabin. It was about 20-30 minutes to the places we wanted to see in Albuquerque. The view is pretty. After reading the other reviews we knew to expect to wait before we got our check in information. We got it around 3:00 before our 4:00 check in. The lock to the door is a bit tricky. The bathroom door is also hard to get open once inside. The sink is old and hard to turn. As others have said there is no WiFi. There is DVD player. The weather was cooler and the……

“This property was super clean, also very cozy my family and I loved the vibe! We felt very safe the property is very secure. Also the host was very easy to communicate with and gave such good hospitality! I would highly recommend this place!!”

“Great spot if you need a place in Albuquerque it is essentially located so it's easy to get pretty much anywhere in town The owner was very courteous and responded to me in A matter of minutes”

“The property was OK, however, there are several surfaces in the bathroom that need painting, which could breed bacteria. The toilet, after raising the seat was very soiled and the seat had paint missing again ver likely with bacteria present. The host would do well to replace the toilet seat with plastic making it easier to clean. The toilet is very old and difficult for seniors to exit, suggest new taller toilet. All bathroom surfaces should be painted with semi-gloss paint to prevent……
