"We were in Inglis with family who stayed at another VRBO—all spending time with our sister and bro-in-law who live in Venice. Nice house, great views living in the trees. Clean, great shower and nice hot water and great water pressure with plenty of room in house and on screened porches to sit around and chat. Beds were comfy. Only drawback was linens seemed like they were put away damp because some had a mildew smell. This is easily fixed by cleaning crew making sure linens dry. Noting this for...

"If you are looking for a comfortable old Florida cottage on the water, this is perfect! It’s hard to find this kind of nostalgia. We loved the pine paneling and big back porch. The furniture was very comfortable. We watched nesting osprey and saw spoonbills, pelicans, herons and ibis. It was so peaceful and de-stressing. We will be back! Cathy Smith"

"We've stayed at Cedar Key a number of times but we've decided that Pelican Place is by far our favourite place to stay here. We loved being able to walk out onto the patio and gather around that photo-perfect circle of colourful chairs right on the water to watch the sunsets. The decor is just perfect for a charming hideaway by the sea. We also really loved being able to walk to all the pubs and restaurants and shops on the pier and along the main street. "The a-frame grew on us, and was more impressive as our stay went on, it was off putting when we arrived because of the musty smell, there was also a problem with the sewer system no back ups or anything like that when you flush the toilets the bath tub gurgles and you can smell sewer gases which could be part or all of the musty smell when we walked in"

"This is a wonderful loft/bungalow right on the Withlacoochee River with a beautiful community deck as well as Kayaks to use in the river. It is a convenient drive to Crystal River if you are planning to see the Manatee. The living space was nice and clean with all the amenities you need to enjoy your visit.
