"This Best Western Plus was just as nice as another hotel we've stayed at in Jonesboro but about $10 less per night. The breakfast was similar and rooms as well. The staff at the Best Western were very friendly and helpful. When we needed to extend our stay, they worked quickly and very kindly to help us get into another room. Harry and Kizzie were great!"

"I return to this place; two to three times a year, as a former resident of Trumann. I still have family and friends, in Trumann, and in the surrounding cities. I usually stay in rooms above the front desk, with seldom any problems. When I encounter a problem, it has been resolved. I have never had their breakfast, so I can not speak to that, Positive, or Negative... During this trip, I needed two rooms, (Non-smoking) near the pool. Although not together, they were just 3 doors down, but next to the pool! We enjoyed our stay! We asked for extra bath towels, for the girls, and got them."
