“We had a wonderful stay. The place was very clean, comfortable, and the view of Lake Gregory was beautiful from many areas of the home. The host was incredibly thoughtful and left so many snacks and essentials for us — granola bars, instant oatmeal, coffee (both K-cups and ground), sugar, Splenda, filtered water, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. “My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Clean, kitchen had what we needed, beds and living space were good. Having two bathrooms was nice. "Not 1st time to live this hotel. Most are good. This time I have some troubles: 1> The tissues were not enough and running out quickly, so I asked them to refill them. The service is good and fast. 2> There was no hairdryer in the room, and when I went to the front desk to complain and ask for one, they said there was no one at the counter and I had to wait. I waited for almost 40 minute and 10 mins later soemone give it to me. 3> The shower gel dispenser in the room was broken; because it's a suspended design, I didn't dare to use too much force without the key, afraid of breaking the dispenser's holder. The staff member who brought me the hairdryer fixed the shower gel dispenser for me."
