We stayed in Cefalù while visiting family. The hotel was clean, with excellent food, service, and friendly front desk staff. However, an item was stolen from our bathroom from staff. We es alerted the front desk and despite asking for no staff in our room, it was clear the cleaning staff still entered the room. Recommend securing personal items or taking photos before leaving your room. Housekeeping was obviously fond of my cologne.

Satisfeito em alto grau!

Não bastasse a localização em fronte a praia, cheio de bares e restaurantes muito próximos, ainda quarto e banheiro amplo, com cama ótima, sacada com vista lateral ao mar e muito ampla. Café da manhã com muitos itens, bastante saborosos e frescos. Enfim, muito recomendado!

Very friendly and supportive staff; convenient and free (!) parking garage; great location; Missing blanket on the bed; just a thin linen.

Hôtel bien situé (en face de la plage), à 5 min à pied du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse et propre mais sans aucun charme. Petit déjeuner en roof top qui pourrait être parfait mais personnel très peu aimable, et une nourriture très grasse( des œufs sur le plat baignant dans l’huile) , yaourts posés sur un plateau sur un buffet sans être réfrigéré. Cher pour la prestation. Pas 4*

Very nice and relatively new hotel, clean and well looked after, staff was friendly and helpful except at breakfast one of the staff (older one) looked always grumpy, tho he did his job. Unfortunately due to Covid rules choices are limited at breakfast and it could take longer but as said, we were happy that there were some rules and staff have acted accordingly. The room was the highlight, ver modern and everything, especially the AC worked great, a small tip, never play with the AC adjustment, it works best like that especially at night, so it wouldn’t get too cold! Parking lot in the garage could get a little tight but we had a small car and it worked great!

Premetto che abbiamo soggiornato in periodo di alta stagione. Nota positiva: Centralità della struttura.. a pochi passi si raggiunge il centro. Sono inclusi il servizio spiaggia ed il parcheggio in loco entrambi i servizi molto utili ma la disponibilità è limitata in quanto: •Parcheggio: se arrivavi tardi rischi di non trovare il posto in struttura (dato che il parcheggio è molto piccolo) e ti invitano o a parcheggiare (sempre gratuitamente) in un parcheggio aperto di un bar aperto al pubblico a 3/4 min di distanza dall’albergo o a lasciare le chiavi in reception; •Spiaggia: il lido è riservato anche ai clienti di un altro albergo e non ci sono i posti per tutti.. ci è capitato di andare in spiaggia ed era tutto pieno e ci han detto di aspettare che qualcuno andasse via. Quindi consiglio di andare la mattina presto in spiaggia! Nota negativa: La pulizia era molto scarsa.. nel bagno erano presenti delle formiche e nell’angolo sotto il lavandino a sinistra e in alto all’Infisso a destra del balcone erano presenti ragnatele. Tale problema lo abbiamo riscontrato in due camere della struttura in quanto abbiamo soggiornato con amici. La colazione è scarna. Vicino alla reception è presente un bar e quindi per accedere alla struttura devi passare prima tra i vari tavoli e le varie persone al bar e poi raggiungi la reception e le camere.

Not good for English speaking tourists.

Hotel design was nice and new ish. Rooms spacious. The only friendly stuff was at the reception. At the breakfast we were ignored as we were English speaking tourists so when ordering coffee we got coffee after 20 people who came after us. After check out we were told we can use all facilities that day (pool and private beach - which is not infront of the hotel as claimed). However we got kicked out from the beach after 1 hour as they were renting out sun beds to tourists and we were extra ( I mean shouldn’t it be only for hotel guests?). Pool was nice but it was dirty, nobody was looking after the cleanness (rubbish everywhere on the floor, sun beds etc). Wouldn’t go back as you will feel really unwanted there. All these services should be much improved at a rate of €200/night.

Tres bon hôtel de la station

Très bonne expérience. Très bon conseils et très bon accueil du réceptionniste. Parking sous l'hotel parfait. Chambre spacieuse et propre non loin de centre ville. Plage privée superbe. Service un peu lent, pas très proactifs au restaurant sur le rooftop... dommage. Le reste est parfait.

Bien situé. Belle vue sur mer. Parking très utile. Le personnel gagnerait à faire un stage d’amabilité, mais c’est général en Italie. Le petit déjeuner est assez moyen, en tout état de cause pas au niveau d’un 4 étoiles. Plage privée appréciable.

Modernes Hotel mit eigenen Liegen am Strand

Modernes Hotel - nur durch die gering befahrene Promenadenstrasse - vom Sandstrasse getrennt. Saubere Zimmer mit seitlichen Blick auf das Meer. Leider hat der Wasserhahn in der Dusche getropft. Dachterrasse mit Ausblick auf Meer, Strand und Cefalù für Frühstück und Abendessen. Was uns am besten gefallen hat: Kostenfreie Liegen am Strand mit Sonnenschirm im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Fussläufig zur wunderschönen Altstadt von Cefalù.

Das Beste vorweg. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Leider kühlte die Aircondition nur auf 24 Grad runter, was für uns zu heiss zum Schlafen war! Das Frühstück war ok, mehr nicht. Papierservietten im 4 Sterne Hotel sind gewöhnungsbedürftig! Am Strand gab es reservierte Sonnenschirme und Liegen aber weder Toiletten noch eine Dusche.

Kleines modernes Hotel direkt am Meer

Es war wunderbar! Das Hotel ist neu, modern und überaus sauber. Es liegt unmittelbar am Meer mit Sandstrand und direkt neben dem alten Stadtkern von Cefalù. Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim reichhaltigen Frühstück kann man direkt aus das Meer schauen.
