Hotel was spectacular. I wish we had more time to explore St. Moritz. Only there for one day to catch the Glacier Express. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We had a delicious dessert happy hour and a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Room had a wonderful view of the mountains and was very comfortable and clean.

The staff was wonderful, very helpful and knowledgeable. We especially appreciated Lily who worked at the front desk and set us up with ski passes and a place to rent skis. She also provided a great tour of the hotel, showing us all the amenities and how to access the ski storage. The daily breakfast was great.

The Cresta Palace Hotel in Celerina is a wonderful place to stay—charming, beautiful, and very welcoming. The staff is friendly and helpful, always making sure everything is just right. It’s a great choice for families, as it’s very child-friendly and offers lots of support for activities. The location is perfect, close to St. Moritz and amazing ski areas, especially for beginners. They even helped us arrange private ski lessons and took care of all the details for our trips and activities. The food is excellent, and the service makes the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Long weekend in Celerina

We spent a long weekend to celebrate my husband’s birthday at the Cresta Palace Hotel. First time in Celerina and at this hotel. We loved the small town and its perfect location, few minutes away from St. Moritz, Silvaplana, Sils Maria, etc. The cable car station to Piz Nair, train station, bus stop, bakery, shopping facilities and restaurants are all within walking distance. The hotel was recently renovated and our room was new, spacious, clean and quiet. The swimming and spa were not big, but nice and clean. Unfortunately this time we didn’t try the hotel’s restaurants, but there were plenty of options and the Italian restaurant has excellent reviews. Breakfast was fine. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. We would like to visit the hotel soon again, we were positively surprised. Can definitely recommend it.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, begleiteter Rundgang, hilfsbereit, schönes renoviertes Zimmer erhalten, reichhaltiges Frühstückangebot, tolles Speiseangebot etc. Eigentlich gerne wieder. Negativ, aber da kann das Hotel eigentlich nichts dafür, dass es immer noch Personen gibt, welche das Hallenbad benutzen, ohne sich vorher zu duschen! Das ist für uns nicht tolerierbar.

Quick getaway

Generally great. Especially the Spa area. The noise from kids running in the corridors needs to be controlled as the sound travels easily. Hotel corridors aren't a playground.
