“Staff didn't welcome me when I came in and I was the only one customer present. I waited around 5 mins to let him finished his stuff, then just gave me the room card, I had to ask "which floor and where's the elevator?".
The room door was VERY noisy, especially in the very early morning. Couldn't sleep well because of the noise.
The room was clean and new, but breakfast just okay.
I booked 4 hotels from Expedia, this is the only one couldn't issue the receipt for me. Asked me to request……

“The breakfast was the same each day, but had a variety of options. The evening reception was not your typical crackers and cheese or pretzels. This was the best menu for a reception out of any place I've stayed. It was a full meal and different each night of our stay. Popcorn, hotdogs, nachos were the daily but there were bbq sliders, meatballs & mashed potatoes, salad option and of course 3 adult drinks each night for those of age. The staff were friendly and the room was clean and modern.”
