"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree, and while the property itself was fine, there are a few things I did not like about this stay.
First, you’re now required to use an app to pay for parking, instead of having it added directly to your reservation like before. On top of that, they increased the card hold from to ? which felt unnecessary for this type of property.
What bothered me most was the parking situation. I had to pay ? just to park in the lot, and the app included warnings that vehicles could be towed if payment wasn’t made through it. That part felt very unwelcoming.
Overall, these changes make the property feel less worth the cost compared to my previous stays.

"What a cute boutique hotel, I wasn’t expecting it to be as nice as it was being that it was a renovated old hotel. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was really nice, great atmosphere & it was the perfect weekend girls getaway! The service was great, they have an app you can text & communicate with them & they had a free shuttle/ car service for around the vicinity like to go to dinner or shopping on Worth Avenue. The pool area was really cute with the cabanas and there is someone who come around for drink & food service by the pool. The bar area was great for pre-dinner drinks before going to dinner or after dinner getting back closer to the hotel, or anytime. The restaurant was great for breakfast & lunch, we did dinner other places. I highly recommend! "
