"The property itself is nice, however the location is left to be desired due to it being located on the same block as a homeless shelter. The studio was affordable and close enough to the downtown core to have the amenities nearby. The host is a lovely person and is very detailed and friendly. I would stay again for the affordable price but the area isn’t a great one. We couldn’t figure out where the garbage had to be taken out so we ended up leaving it in a trash can outside after checking...

"This property is an excellent stay with all new appliances, washer, dryer, very modern and clean. Also close to the freeway and close to West Edmonton Mall. The host was very kind and I would highly recommend this place. There is also lots of strip malls within walking distance, fast wifi, large TV and a very large and great bed."
