「Das Zimmer, das Personal und die Ausstattung waren hervorragend. Alles war sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt, sodass man sich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt hat. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der außergewöhnlich freundliche, hilfsbereite und aufmerksame Service der Mitarbeiter – man wurde jederzeit herzlich empfangen.

「Alles war perfekt. Besonders möchten wir uns bei Herrn Oğuz, Frau Aslı und Frau Asiye bedanken, die uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr geholfen haben.

「Check in was good, staff were friendly ans room was clean and comfortable.
But we had an early flight and had to leave the hotel at 5:30am. We were shocked to discover that the front door (and only door!) was locked! We were locked in and the reception person was not there! He left a number to call and when we called there was no answer. He finally came down from the rooftop and let us out. I feel locking guests in is scary and dangerous!」

「I am booking a room ‘King Suit Paranomic View’, but the ‘Paranomic view’ is a car park!!
The bathroom has smell. Many things in the room are covered by dust!
There is water left in the kettle by previous guest, and the kettle is also covered with dust!
I told the reception that I need to checkout at 8 am. The lady said that they will serve breakfast for me at 7:30, BUT, nobody was there until at 8:02 I tried to grab someone from the kitchen to do the checkout for me.
I almost miss my train....
